Today I would like to introduce my hometown. Where is my hometown ?

My hometown is Triang which is located in Pahang, Malaysia. Triang is a small vilage and may be there are minor of people know about its existence. So, there may be the fresh place for you to recognise...

That picture on left is the street in my hometown - Triang. The history of this street has lasted for a very long time. In about 40 years ago, this street and Triang had ever owned by the British and Japan. British had built some infrastructure in Triang which were the old train station in Triang but still can be used for transporation, some old buildings in the street, the estate which now called "Golden River Estate". There are many crops in Triang. Many people in Triang own some field of crops which are mainly rubber tree estate and oil palm tree estate. Until now still many people in Triang work in these estate for earning some money to life. My parents also work this hard job. So, I very thank to my parents which they do not afraid of the hardship to work. Altough the prices of rubber and oil palm can be considered as high prices now, this is not easy to earn money in this job depend on the condition of weather. People may be cannot work if there is always raining.

On the right is the rubber tree estate. Rubber tree can life for many years. When it is planted, it needed until 6-7 years then we can start to tap its skin to gain the rubber fluid. The rubber fluid must be waited for almost 1 day then it become "latex nugget". After that people can collect it in a large packet and take it to sell for latex collecter. By selling it people can earn some money.

On the left is the oil palm tree estate. Like the rubber tree, oil palm can also make money depend on its oil palm fruit.The oil palm tree can life for 20 - 30 years and even 50 years but after 20- 30 years it cannot produce the oil palm fruit again and it will become like as the coconut tree because of same long trunk. Mostly many people hire the workers who come from Indonesia to work in oil palm tree estate.

This is my secondary school - SMK Triang. I enrolled there in year 2004 and graduated in year 2008.

That picture is the food which is famous and it called "Hokkien Noddles".It is the noodles which fried with black sauce and the big noodles inside consist of pork meat which the ingredient to make this food become more delicious and tastes good. In Triang, there are many people eat it and so it become famous in Triang and even in other places.
